1. A. A dentist or dental hygienist with a retired volunteer license to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in the State shall practice only:

   1. (1) In a dental office;
   2. (2) In a dental clinic;
   3. (3) In an ambulatory care facility;
   4. (4) In a hospital; or

   5. (5) For an entity providing medical care to the poor, the elderly, or handicapped that is operated:

      1. (a) By the State;
      2. (b) By a local government;
      3. (c) By a bona fide charitable organization; or
      4. (d) In any other setting approved by the Board.
2. B. A dentist or dental hygienist with a retired volunteer license may not receive compensation for practicing dentistry or dental hygiene in the State.
