To qualify for a retired volunteer dentist's or dental hygienist's license, a dentist or dental hygienist shall:
- A. Be of good moral character;
- B. Have had an active general license to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in Maryland within the past 2 years;
- C. Meet the qualifications otherwise required by Health Occupations Article, Title 4, Annotated Code of Maryland, for an active general license to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in the State, except that the North East Regional Board examination requirements are waived by the Board;
- D. Complete the continuing education requirements for an active general license to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in the State; and
- E. Provide dental or dental hygiene services as set forth in Regulation .06 of this chapter.
