1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Board” means the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
   2. (2) “License” means a license issued by the Board to practice chiropractic or to practice chiropractic with the right to practice physical therapy.
   3. (3) “Licensee” means a chiropractor who is licensed by the Board to practice chiropractic or to practice chiropractic with the right to practice physical therapy.
   4. (4) “Penalty” means monetary penalty.
