1. A. Equal Opportunity Statement. The training program provider shall have a statement of equal opportunity.
2. B. A training program offered by a nursing facility or skilled nursing facility shall not charge a fee for any portion of the program, including textbooks and other required course materials, in accordance with 42 CFR §483.152(c).
