The supervising pharmacist or the supervising pharmacist's designee shall ensure compliance with:

1. A. State and federal regulations;

2. B. Infusion pharmacy practice standards:

   1. (1) As set forth in this chapter; and
   2. (2) As established by nationally recognized professional organizations and accrediting bodies as appropriate;
3. C. The infusion pharmacy’s policies and procedures manual;
4. D. An established training program; and
5. E. An established performance improvement program.
