1. A. The fee for a license shall be established by the Board under this subtitle.
2. B. The fee shall be payable on notification by the Board that the applicant has successfully completed the requirements for licensure or renewal.
3. C. The license fee or license renewal fee does not include costs for participating in educational courses or for the examination.

4. D. Fee Schedule.

   1. (1) Initial application — $100.
   2. (2) License fee — $200.
   3. (3) Biennial license renewal — $200.
   4. (4) Reinstatement fee — $300.
   5. (5) Inactive status fee — $100.
   6. (6) Biennial inactive renewal — $100.
   7. (7) Reactivation fee — $200.
   8. (8) Fine for failure to notify Board of change in either name, home address of the licensee, or email address, or change in name or address of the employer or business connection of the licensee within 30 days of the change — $100.
   9. (9) NAB Examinations. The National Association of Long-Term Care Administrators Boards, Inc. determines the fees for the National Licensure Examination for nursing home administrators. A fee is charged each time an applicant takes an exam.
   10. (10) State Standards Examination. The examination service determines the fee for the State standards exam. A fee is charged each time an applicant takes the exam.
5. E. All fees are non-refundable.
