This chapter governs reporting requirements to the Board of Physicians concerning health care providers and naturopathic doctors by:

1. A. Hospitals;
2. B. Related institutions;
3. C. Employers of allied health providers or naturopathic doctors;
4. D. Health care facilities;
5. E. State agencies;
6. F. Health care practitioners;
7. G. Naturopathic doctors; and
8. H. Alternative health systems.
