1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

   1. (1) “Board” means the Maryland Board of Physicians.
   2. (2) “Department” means the Maryland Department of Health.
   3. (3) “Record” means the proceedings, records, or files of the Board.
   4. (4) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Health.
