1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Board” means the Board of Physicians.
   2. (2) “Designee” means a person or committee to whom the Board has delegated responsibility for consideration of a petition.

   3. (3) “Person” means:

      1. (a) An individual;
      2. (b) An agency;
      3. (c) An association;
      4. (d) A corporation; or
      5. (e) Any other entity.
