This chapter applies to all certified registered nurse practitioners/psychiatric mental health (CRNP/PMH) and psychiatric mental health/advanced practice registered nurses (PMH/APRN) in Maryland, with a specialty certification in psychiatric mental health, who will be providing behavioral health services using teletherapy.
