In addition to this chapter, a person who provides FISS to an individual shall comply with the following regulations of this subtitle:

1. A. COMAR 10.22.01;
2. B. COMAR 10.22.02, with the exception of COMAR 10.22.02.06;
3. C. COMAR 10.22.03;
4. D. COMAR 10.22.04;
5. E. COMAR 10.22.05; and
6. F. COMAR 10.22.10, when applicable.
