In addition to the requirements under Regulations .01B(1) and .05E(1) of this chapter, an MHVP supporting individuals in a SEP program shall provide:

1. A. With proper consent, at least one contact per month with the industry to receive information regarding the individual's performance on the job; and
2. B. The services outlined in this chapter.
