Approval.

Effective Jul 9, 200128:13 Md. R. 1215Health-General Article, §§10-901 and 10-902, Annotated Code of Maryland

The Department may approve a program as an MHVP if the program meets the requirements:

A. For approval outlined in COMAR 10.21.16;
B. For administration outlined in COMAR 10.21.17; and
C. Of this chapter.
