1. A. In the incorporation by reference cited in Regulation .01 of this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

   1. (1) “Act” means the Maryland Flammable Products Act, Health-General Article, Title 22, Subtitle 4, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   2. (2) “Commission” means the Maryland Department of Health.
