1. A. All provisions of 16 Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 1500 and 1505, are incorporated by reference, with the following changes set forth below.

   1. (1) “Act” means the Maryland Hazardous Substance Act, Health-General Article, §22-502, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   2. (2) “Commission” means the Maryland Department of Health.
