Any person who violates any of the provisions in these regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction of it shall be fined not less than $25, or more than $100, for each offense, and otherwise penalized as provided by law. Each day's failure to comply with any provision shall constitute a separate violation.
