A grantee may use awarded funds to establish or maintain a cord blood transplant center, which includes support of:

1. A. Individuals engaged in the establishment or maintenance of a cord blood transplant center; and
2. B. Equipment necessary for the establishment or maintenance of a cord blood transplant center.
