Any data use agreement entered into by the State CFR Team and a NCCDR shall:

1. A. Incorporate by reference and be construed in accordance with the provisions of Health-General Article, Title 5, Subtitle 7, Annotated Code of Maryland, and this chapter; and

2. B. Be coexecuted by:

   1. (1) The Secretary or the Secretary's designee; and
   2. (2) The chairperson of the State CFR Team.
