1. A. Expressive and experiential behavioral services:

   1. (1) May be provided to an individual or group;
   2. (2) Provide sensory modalities to participants to assist in achieving POC objectives; and

   3. (3) Include:

      1. (a) Art behavioral services;
      2. (b) Dance behavioral services;
      3. (c) Equine-assisted behavioral services;
      4. (d) Horticultural behavioral services;
      5. (e) Music behavioral services; or
      6. (f) Drama behavioral services.

2. B. Qualification to Provide Expressive and Experiential Behavioral Services.

   1. (1) To provide expressive and experiential behavioral services, an individual shall have:

      1. (a) A bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university; and
      2. (b) Current registration in the applicable association as outlined in §E(5) of this regulation;

   2. (2) Association Registration.

      1. (a) Art Behavioral Services. To provide art behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a registered art therapist by:

         1. (i) The Art Therapy Credentials Board in the American Art Therapy Association; or
         2. (ii) A comparable association with equivalent requirements.

      2. (b) For Dance Behavioral Services. To provide dance behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a dance therapist registered, or an academy of dance therapists registered in:

         1. (i) The American Dance Therapy Association; or
         2. (ii) A comparable association with equivalent requirements.

      3. (c) For Equine-Assisted Behavioral Services. To provide equine-assisted behavioral services, an individual shall be currently certified by:

         1. (i) The Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) to provide services under the EAGALA model;
         2. (ii) Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATHI); or
         3. (iii) A comparable association with certification requirements at least equivalent to EAGALA or PATHI.

      4. (d) For Horticultural Behavioral Services. To provide horticultural behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a horticultural therapist registered in:

         1. (i) The American Horticultural Therapy Association; or
         2. (ii) A comparable association with equivalent requirements.

      5. (e) For Music Behavioral Services. To provide music behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a music therapist-board certified by:

         1. (i) The Certification Board for Music Therapists, Inc; or
         2. (ii) A comparable association with equivalent requirements.

      6. (f) For Drama Behavioral Services. To provide psychodrama/drama behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a registered drama therapist or a board certified trainer in:

         1. (i) The National Association for Drama Therapy; or
         2. (ii) A comparable association with equivalent requirements.
