1. A. The PCP shall specify in its provider agreement the methods by which the PCP will assure the Department that its marketing plans, procedures, and materials are accurate and do not mislead, confuse, or defraud the Department or recipients.
2. B. The Department shall preapprove all marketing plans, procedures, and materials.
