1. A. The facility, which includes buildings, common areas, and exterior grounds, shall be kept:

   1. (1) In good repair;
   2. (2) Clean;

   3. (3) Free of any object, material, or condition that may create a:

      1. (a) Health hazard, accident, or fire; or
      2. (b) Public nuisance; and
   4. (4) Free of insect infestations and rodents.

2. B. The hospice house shall provide adequate storage space, which is protected from the elements, for:

   1. (1) Excess supplies;
   2. (2) Some personal possessions of patients; and
   3. (3) Any other items in the patient’s room.
