A home health agency that holds itself out to the public as providing a complete array of physical rehabilitation services shall:

1. A. Provide a program of coordinated interdisciplinary rehabilitative care that shall include:

   1. (1) Physical and occupational therapy,
   2. (2) Speech and language therapy,
   3. (3) Audiology therapy,
   4. (4) Psychotherapy, and
   5. (5) Social work services;
2. B. Hold interdisciplinary meetings with the involvement of a physician to plan and monitor patient care; and
3. C. Meet any other applicable standard required by law.
