- A. The Department may enter into an agreement with a vendor to provide human services.
- B. The agreement shall specify that the Department and the vendor comply with requirements and procedures set forth in the “Human Services Agreements Manual”, which is incorporated by reference.
- C. The Department shall supply each vendor with a copy of the “Human Services Agreements Manual”.
