The Director of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, working under the Secretary of Health:

1. A. Is responsible for carrying out this regulation and procedures;
2. B. Shall initiate suitable office practices to assure the protection of confidential records; and
3. C. Is responsible for informing staff employees who have access to confidential records and information.
