This chapter sets out the Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) form, instructions, and certain related procedures and requirements developed by the Maryland Department of Health, in conjunction with the Board of Physicians and the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems.
