1. A. The Department shall publish a notice of the hearing in the Maryland Register and any other publication required by law.

2. B. The Department shall include in any published or circulated notice of the hearing:

   1. (1) The time of the hearing;
   2. (2) The place of the hearing, giving the street address, floor, and designated room;
   3. (3) The purpose of the hearing;
   4. (4) A statement that the Department will make reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities if these individuals advise the Department of their special needs by giving the Department reasonable advance notice; and
   5. (5) Any other applicable publishing requirements in law.
