1. A. Pursuant to Business Occupations and Professions Article, Title 16, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Commission shall set fees to produce funds to approximate the cost of maintaining the Commission.

2. B. The Commission shall charge the following amounts:

   1. (1) License application fee — $50;
   2. (2) License renewal fee — $325;
   3. (3) License reinstatement fee — $50;
   4. (4) Reciprocal license application fee — $50;
   5. (5) Original license fee — $325.
3. C. The failure without good cause to pay any fees or charges due under this regulation is grounds for disciplinary action under Business Occupations and Professions Article, §16-701.1(a)(7), Annotated Code of Maryland.
