In the event a licensee fails to comply with the CPC requirements set forth in this chapter, the Board, subject to the hearing provisions of Public Safety Article, §12-838, Annotated Code of Maryland, may take disciplinary action pursuant to Public Safety Article, §12-837, Annotated Code of Maryland.
