Engineering subject courses shall be selected from subject areas such as:

1. A. Statics and dynamics;
2. B. Strength of materials;
3. C. Materials science;
4. D. Thermodynamics;
5. E. Transfer and transport phenomena;
6. F. Electrical, electronic, and computer engineering;
7. G. Solid state physics, nuclear physics, and quantum optics;
8. H. Physical chemistry, inorganic, and organic chemistry;
9. I. Electrodynamics;
10. J. Digital signals and systems;
11. K. Finite element analysis;
12. L. Transient analysis and feedback control theory;
13. M. Engineering design;
14. N. Fluid mechanics, hydraulics, and gas dynamics;
15. O. Civil and structural engineering;
16. P. Sanitary and environmental engineering;
17. Q. Computer science, other than computer programming skills;
18. R. Biochemistry, biophysics, and biomechanics;
19. S. Geochemistry and geophysics;
20. T. Engineering economics; or
21. U. Other subject areas acceptable to the Board.
