In compliance with Business Occupations and Professions Article, §16-208(b), Annotated Code of Maryland, the Commission adopts the most recent version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (The Appraisal Foundation), including Preamble, Ethics Rule, Competency Rule, Scope of Work Rule, Jurisdictional Exception, Supplemental Standards, Definitions and Standards 1, 2, 3, and 4 with all related Standard Rules and Statements on Appraisal Standards, as it may be amended, modified, or updated from time to time.
