Acceptable work experience includes but is not limited to the following:

1. A. Fee and staff appraisals;
2. B. Ad valorem tax appraisals;
3. C. Review appraisals which are performed in accordance with Standard 3 of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice which is incorporated by reference under 55 FR 53613 (December 31, 1990);
4. D. Appraisal analysis;
5. E. Real estate counseling;
6. F. Highest and best use analysis;
7. G. Feasibility analysis or study; and
8. H. Market analyses that are prepared in accordance with Standards 1 and 2 of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice which are incorporated by reference under 55 FR 53613 (December 31, 1990).
