1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Board” means the State Board of Stationary Engineers.
   2. (2) “License fee” means the fee paid by an applicant or licensee, as applicable, in connection with the issuance and renewal of a license and the issuance of a limited license and a reciprocal license.

   3. (3) “Mechanical boards” means collectively the:

      1. (a) State Board of Master Electricians;
      2. (b) State Board of Stationary Engineers;
      3. (c) State Board of Plumbing; and
      4. (d) State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors.
   4. (4) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Labor.
