1. A. Subject to §B of this regulation, manual reset following an automatic shutdown as set forth in Regulation .07 of this chapter requires that a licensee or the licensee's designee shall physically inspect the boiler and appurtenances prior to restart.
2. B. Notwithstanding §A of this regulation, the licensee shall be responsible for the safe operation of a boiler at all times in accordance with Business Occupations and Professions Article, §6.5-302, Annotated Code of Maryland.
