1. A. These regulations apply to persons participating in an amateur boxing event in the following capacities:

   1. (1) Boxers;
   2. (2) Coaches;
   3. (3) Officials;
   4. (4) Physicians;
   5. (5) Seconds;
   6. (6) Referees;
   7. (7) Judges.
2. B. Persons described in §A of this regulation shall also be subject to all other appropriate regulations of the Commission.

3. C. These regulations do not apply to the following:

   1. (1) Intercollegiate boxing held or given on the campus of or under the auspices of any college or university within this State;
   2. (2) Interscholastic boxing held or given on the campus of any high school within this State.
