1. A. The application documents shall describe the applicant's plan for concessions, including food, beverages, and promotional products.

2. B. If the applicant intends to contract with a person or a concessions company to provide the concessions, the application documents shall include:

   1. (1) A copy of the written contract; and
   2. (2) All the information required by Regulation .36 of this chapter as it pertains to the concessions company and its management personnel.
