1. A. The application documents shall include:

   1. (1) Layout drawings of the proposed:

      1. (a) Racing strip,
      2. (b) Facilities and equipment,
      3. (c) Facilities for horses and personnel, and
      4. (d) Customer facilities; and
   2. (2) A description of the experience of the architect who designed the proposed facility including a statement of the number of racetracks the architect has visited and designed.

2. B. The drawings required under §A(1) of this regulation shall be:

   1. (1) To scale; and

   2. (2) In sufficient detail to:

      1. (a) Illustrate the facilities and equipment specified, and
      2. (b) Show the measurements of all areas including the barns and stalls.
