1. A. The application documents shall state whether the applicant, a director, officer, or partner of the applicant, or an owner of an interest in the applicant of 2 percent or more:

   1. (1) Has ever held an ownership interest in a licensee of the Commission; or
   2. (2) Is currently engaged in the business of racing in another state and the nature and extent of that involvement.
2. B. The applicant shall describe the nature of participation stated under §A of this regulation.
