This chapter does not apply to:

1. A. Upon prior approval of the event by the Lake manager, the following activities:

   1. (1) Vessels engaged in a professional exhibition,
   2. (2) Regattas,
   3. (3) Boat races,
   4. (4) Marine parades, and
   5. (5) Tournaments or exhibitions;
2. B. Law enforcement vessels; and
3. C. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or its agency vessels.
