The Little Choptank River encompasses all the waters of the Little Choptank River and its tributaries east of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 34.400’ N., Long. 76° 18.400’ W., then running 189° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 29.992’ N., Long. 76° 19.275’ W.
