The Pocomoke River encompasses all the waters of the Pocomoke River and its tributaries upstream of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 37° 57.800’ N., Long. 75° 39.350’ W., then running 82° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 37° 57.867’ N., Long. 75° 38.783’ W.
