The Wicomico River encompasses all the waters of the Wicomico River and its tributaries upstream of a line beginning at a point, at or near Lat. 38° 14.567’ N., Long. 75° 52.350’ W., then running 140° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 13.967’ N., Long. 75° 51.717’ W.
