Woodland Creek encompasses the area beginning at a point, at or near Lat. 39° 21.387' N., Long. 75° 55.455' W., then running 25° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 21.447' N., Long. 75° 55.418' W., then running northeasterly along the east shore of Daffodil Island to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 21.502' N., Long. 75° 55.337' W., then running 152° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 21.363' N., Long. 75° 55.242' W., and running to the head of the creek. This area has a minimum wake zone, all year.
