The Upper Northeast River encompasses the area beginning at a point at or near Lat. 39° 35.605' N., Long. 75° 57.067' W., then running 165° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 35.250' N., Long. 75° 56.945' W., and running to the head of the river. This area has a 6-knot speed limit all year.
