The Miles River encompasses all the waters of the Miles River and its tributaries southerly of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 51.77’ N., Long. 76° 15.17’ W., then running 105° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 51.17’ N., Long. 76° 12.35’ W., except the Wye River, northeast of a line beginning at Bennett Point at or near Lat. 38° 51.147’ N., Long. 76° 12.340’ W., then running 134° (True) to Wyetown Point, at or near Lat. 38° 50.767’ N., Long. 76° 11.838’ W.
