The Little Annemessex River encompasses all the waters of Little Annemessex River and its tributaries, except Broad Creek and Daugherty Canal, easterly of a line beginning at Island Point at or near Lat. 37° 58.483' N., Long. 75° 53.917' W., then running 161° (True) to Great Point, at or near Lat. 37° 57.367' N., Long. 75° 53.433' W.
