Eastern Bay encompasses all the waters of Eastern Bay and its tributaries northeasterly of a line from Kent Point, at or near Lat. 38° 50.167' N., Long. 76° 22.100' W., then running 98° (True) to Wades Point, at or near Lat. 38° 49.717' N., Long. 76° 17.867' W., upstream to Kent Narrows and the Miles River.
