The Warwick River encompasses all the waters of the Warwick River and its tributaries upstream of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 36.647' N., Long. 75° 57.288' W., then running 4° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 36.718' N., Long. 75° 57.282' W. This area has a 6-knot speed limit all year.
