The Chester River encompasses all the waters of the Chester River and its tributaries easterly of a line beginning at a point, at or near Lat. 39° 2.38' N., Long. 76° 18.12' W., then running 77° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 3.17' N., Long. 76° 13.583' W.
