Rocky Point encompasses the area beginning at the eastern tip of Rocky Point at or near Lat. 39° 14.955' N., Long. 76° 24.018' W., then running 175° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 14.923' N., Long. 76° 24.015' W., then running 216° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 14.897' N., Long. 76° 24.04' W., then running 267° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 14.890' N., Long. 76° 24.203' W., then running 303° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 14.950' N., Long. 76° 24.323' W., then running 90° (True) to the western tip of Rocky Point at Long's Creek , at or near Lat. 39° 14.950' N., Long. 76° 24.260' W. This area has a 6-knot speed limit all year.
