A. Zone 1.
- (1) Signs related to any permitted use may not exceed 1 square foot in area except for official State and local government signs needed for identification and direction.
- (2) Signs advertising property for sale or rental may be placed only on the property offered.
- (3) Public interest events may be advertised with signs not exceeding 6 square feet in area on the property where the event will occur and a display is limited to a 30-day period before the event and shall be removed immediately after the event.
- (4) Directional signs not exceeding 1 square foot in area may be used.
- (5) Illumination of signs by lights or flashing devices is not permitted.
- B. Zone 2: The restrictions of Zone 1 apply.
- C. Zone 3. The restrictions of Zone 1 apply except that commercial on-premises signs are permitted and are limited to two signs per establishment, each of which may not exceed 15 square feet in area.
